Displacement current

Maxwell’s addition to Ampere’s Law, states a (rapid) change in (high) voltage, induces a displacement current.

This video shows how to make use of this, based on Impulse Electricity.
Pure water is normally not conductive, I show it is made conductive using impulses.

When Nikola Tesla talked about currents in his 1890’s lectures he meant this displacement current, which were induced by impulses, which he often mentioned in his Radiant energy patents and lectures. This gives a whole new insight into his work.
